This won’t be going the way you think it will, because I’m not going to be talking about how coffee can help you with your dreams – but probably the other way round!
I was tired, but alert. Cognitive but all over the place. I couldn’t make out what was going on with me because I was feeling great and then dropping into zombie land, where I was the zombie. Before I went to sleep, I asked my soul, “hey, I don’t know what’s going on but I need some guidance, can you help me in my dreams?” Off to bed I went, and in my dream I found myself stood in front of a washing machine that was banging, but all there was inside was black gunk. It was trying to spin but it couldn’t go anywhere!
I woke and wrote down the dream, but couldn’t work out what it was telling me, until I got to my office coffee station. The barista smiled sweetly the first time, the second visit, but on the third she said: “you drink a lot of coffee, don’t you!”. It wasn’t a question.
I stared down into the cup before and saw the same black goo I had seen in my dream. I realised, through my dream, I was drinking way too much coffee. My body (aka the washing machine) wasn’t able to deal with it, so it was just banging about.
Okay, I finished that cup of coffee, but cut down after then and slowly but surely, I found myself getting back to being me.
Our dreams have messages for us, and all we need to do is scratch the surface to understand their meanings.
Terry took the long, expensive way into coaching. Having developed as an intuitive medium, people came to Terry to hear from their loved ones in Spirit, and to be told how to live their lives. This didn’t feel right, and when he asked what he could do, he was heard about coaching and searched for a company to train with. When he found one that he thought would be good, he signed up and then regretted it. The coaching method wasn’t right and wasn’t what he was looking for….
