In these chaotic times, finding our center, staying balanced and connecting with community can be particularly challenging.
Ancient peoples would use ceremony as a way to build community, celebrate milestones and connect with Spirit in one of its many forms. Ceremony can be as simple as greeting the rising sun or taking an intentional breath. Simplicity though does not diminish its impact, especially when done consciously on a regular basis.
I’ve been performing ceremony for 20+ years in many forms, and I’ve seen the positive, powerful impact it can have. I feel the techniques I’ve learned are important to share to help people manage their own sense of peace and calm in a challenging world.
