Soul Coaching® offers an integrated and holistic approach to all of life and part of that life journey will, unfortunately, include grief and loss. If we open to love, we will inevitably feel loss. After more than two years of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have all suffered losses that we never imagined possible and our collective grief grows as we watch the horrors in Ukraine unfold.
So much of the 28-Day Program addresses how we “let go” of the clutter in our lives, whether physical clutter, mental or emotional clutter. Now, in this classic 28-day Soul Coaching® program, we will use the guidance and wisdom of Soul Coaching® and apply it to our lives as we grapple with our grief and losses.
For those suffering from a loss- which can be the loss of a loved one, beloved fur-baby or other major life losses like loss of jobs, homes, divorce and loss of important relationships, even loss of self- we incorporate mind/body awareness and Soul Coaching® exercises, meditation, dream work (including visitation dreams) with time to share your feelings and your story. We incorporate spiritual wisdom and self-help techniques based in Soul Coaching®, in an open and accepting environment. Even if you’ve done the 28-day Soul Coaching® program before, NOW you can do it to focus on your losses and the secondary losses that make grief even more complex to heal. All exercises will be geared towards healing grief in a time of world-wide loss. This group meets via Zoom.
