I am the owner of Sacred Wellness here in my beautiful home town of Adelaide, South Australia where I provide a safe space for healing the body, mind and soul. I also understand the importance that our homes have upon us as they are our personal sanctuaries, the place we are able to retreat to at the end of the day, to re-charge our batteries, unwind and create precious memories.
